Salt 1 teaspoon

Black Pepper 1 ½ teaspoon

Parmesan Cheese 28g

Extra virgin Olive Oil 100g/100ml

Macadamia Nuts Raw 75g

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until desired texture

  2. Refrigerate in airtight container

  3. Store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze in an ice cube tray in small portions for up to 3 months.
